-Calories: The amount of fat your body takes in. It must be burned or it will turn into body fat.
-Saturated fat: Fat that goes into your bloodstream and causes higher cholesterol levels.
-Trans fat: Fat that has fatty acids in it.
-Cholesterol: Fat found in the body.
-Sodium: Metallic chemical.
-Carbohydrates: Used in the production of fats.
-Fiber: Good for you. Lowers cholesterol levels.
-Sugars: Fructose and glucose. A sweet member of the carbohydrates family.
-Protein: Helps your body transport hemoglobin and make enzymes to helps lower metabolism.
-Vitamin A: Prevents night blindness.
-Calcium: Found in milk, helps you grow, strengthens teeth and bones.

A) Explain the difference between being overweight and obese.
-Being overweight is being a couple pounds over the average weight of your age, but being obese is being way over weight.
B)What are some reasons people may become overweight?
- They may not exercise, eat food unnecessarily due to depression or stress thus making them overweight.
C)Explain how the body weight weight index(BMI) is used to determine if someone is overweight.
-IIt determines if you are to overweight or not for your height and age.
D)What are 5 health problems associated with being overweight
-heart problems
-not being able to do any type of physical activities
-higher blood pressure
-stress and depression
-stomach aches/getting sick
